	Dec. 7, 2023 Received “Winner” of “GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2024” for two residential subdivisions / Porus Group / Chuo Jutaku Porus Group Chuo Jutaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, President: Norihisa Shinagawa) has established detached house condominiums such as ``Reason Abiko Tsuzuri no Machi'' and ``Hu Best Kawagoe A Town Thinking of Time''. He received the ``Winner'' award in the German design award ``GERMAN DESIGN AWARD 2024'' in his Excellent Architecture / Architecture category. This is the second time that Chuo Jutaku Co., Ltd. has received this award, following last year. The GERMAN DESIGN AWARD is a design award sponsored by the German Design Council, which was established in 1953 under the auspices of the German Bundestag. There are three judging categories: architecture, product design, and communication design.
