100th anniversary commemorative movie released / MEIKEN Lamwood Corp.
MEIKEN Lamwood Corp. (Headquarters: Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, President Koichiro Nakajima), a major laminated lumber and lumber company, released a commemorative movie on February 16th to commemorate its 100th anniversary since its founding in 1923 in the northern part of Okayama starting from a local sawmill and developed dramatically through tremendous efforts to seek new value of the woods. The movie includes interviews of the employees who struggled during the hardships at the dawn of the company and outlined the “past” “now” and “vision for the future” of MEIKEN Lamwood Corp.
