Overseas human resources in the construction industry will increase more than nine times in 10 years / Human Resocia
Human Resocia Co.,Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President: Mitsugu Otaya), a comprehensive human resources service company that provides recruitment and temporary staffing services for the construction industry, recently released a report on overseas human resources working in Japan.
Topics include: The number of foreign workers working in Japan exceeds 2 million, and the number of foreign workers working in the construction industry is 145,000, an increase of more than 9 times in 10 years, with foreign workers accounting for 3% of construction industry workers. Approximately 60% of the trainees received "technical intern training," and by country, over 40% were from Vietnam.
