Received the highest award from NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) / Sumitomo Forestry Group, Crescent Communities
Crescent Communities, LLC (Headquarters: Charlotte, North Carolina, CEO: Brian Natwick), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshiro Mitsuyoshi), is a luxury rental housing complex developed by the company, ``NOVEL''. University Place" won the grand prize in the "Best Garden Apartment Community (Four Stories or Less)" category of the "Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards 2023". The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards are sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and recognize creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, superior design, and marketing for multifamily properties across the United States. The award recognizes companies and projects that develop apartment complexes. One project/company in each of the 18 categories is recognized as the grand prize.
